Why your underwear can HARM your Testosterone levels (Men's health update)

If you're a man reading this, do you wear boxers, boxer briefs, or "tighty whities"?  And how does your choice of underwear affect your hormonal health?

Well, although you probably have never thought about this before, the fact is that your choice of underwear CAN have a significant impact on your Testosterone levels. 

And I'm sure you understand the importance of Testosterone for your overall health, energy levels, sexual function, body fat levels, strength and muscle power, chest fat, and so much more.

Here's what you need to know...

Get rid of your ‘tighty whities” or boxer briefs!  Your testicles need to be at about 2 degrees cooler than the rest of your body to produce testosterone proficiently.  This is why they hang down from your body.  So please consider a switch to boxers over briefs, avoid wearing overly tight pants on a regular basis.  Also, make sure to indulge in hot baths only on occasion instead of daily.

Try this simple (yet crazy sounding) trick for stimulating testicular Testosterone production:

Keep a wide-mouthed cup or bowl in your bathroom and take it with you into the shower.  Just before the shower ends, turn the water down to the coldest setting, and fill the container. 

Submerge your testicles into the cup for approximately 60 seconds.  Add an ice cube or two if you really want to make sure this technique is effective at stimulating your testes!

Dry off, dress in your loose-fitting clothing, and enjoy the rest of your day, knowing that you just helped boost your T levels!
